Terms of use

Mandooh Care · version 1.0 · updated 24 September 2026

By using Mandooh Care you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose.

What this app is

A way to book appointments with Dr. Mohamed El-Mandooh, ask the clinic questions, and manage your visits.

It is not a medical service in itself, and it is not a substitute for being examined.

This is not emergency care

If you think you are having an emergency, call emergency services or go to a hospital. Do not wait for a reply in this app.

Messages here are answered during clinic hours. Nobody is monitoring the app around the clock.

The assistant

Ask Mandooh is software, not a doctor, and not Dr. Mohamed El-Mandooh.

It gives general information and helps you reach the clinic. It does not diagnose you, does not prescribe anything, and will not tell you to change a medicine.

Do not rely on it for decisions about your health. When something needs a clinician, it will say so and pass the conversation to the clinic.

It can be wrong. If something it says does not match what your doctor told you, believe your doctor.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

Give accurate details. The clinic uses your name and mobile number to identify you and to reach you.

One account per person. Do not book on someone else’s behalf using your own account.

Appointments and cancellation

An appointment is confirmed when the clinic’s system confirms it. There is no online payment and no deposit, so nothing is owed to book.

The fee and the cancellation window are set by the clinic and shown to you before you book. You pay at the clinic.

You can cancel yourself up to the cut-off shown in the app. After that, call the clinic so the seat can go to someone else.

Anything to do with money - the fee itself, or a refund - is settled at the clinic, not in the app.

Repeatedly booking and not attending may mean the clinic stops accepting bookings from your account.

Using it properly

Do not use the app to abuse or threaten clinic staff.

Do not try to access other people’s information, or to interfere with the service.

The clinic may suspend an account that is used this way.

Availability

We try to keep the app working, but we cannot promise it is always available.

If the app is down, contact the clinic by phone. The numbers are on the home screen.
